A Tour Around the House
Sumptuous Villa MaryCarmen is an ideal vacation destination with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Pacific ocean. Tucked away in a private corner of Hacienda Iguana far from the crowds, this beachfront residence is a tropical oasis. Right on Los Perros surf break and a 2-minute walk to Panga Drops, it’s a great place to learn how to surf or advance your skills.
The spacious villa combines modern and traditional touches. The clean, open design blends perfectly with the local paintings, wooden art pieces, and sculptures that give it a true Nicaraguan touch.
The Layout
On the ground floor of the villa is a fully-equipped kitchen with a large island, spacious fridge, and an extra freezer for ice (poolside drinks, anyone?). The dining room offers a large glass table that seats 10.
A large living area with high ceilings and comfortable sofas opens into a courtyard, making it the perfect indoor-outdoor living space with plenty of privacy. The Master bedroom, with a king-size bed, couch, and walk-in closet, has direct access to the pool and the beach. The contemporary ensuite bathroom offers twin sinks and a glass door shower.
The generous outdoor area is the highlight of Villa MaryCarmen. The massive infinity pool with a swim-up bar and terrace is great for entertaining guests. The shaded pool area features chaise lounges, a BBQ, and an extra dining table for outdoor dinners.
An additional bathroom is next to the terrace for poolside convenience, and two hammocks invite guests to relax after a long day in the sun and sea.
The second floor offers two twin bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, and en suite bathrooms overlooking the ocean and Los Perros beach. Both bedrooms have sliding doors with access to a large roofless balcony overlooking the bay.
On the same floor, you’ll find another bedroom with a queen size bed, ocean view, and an ensuite bathroom. A second living area with comfortable sofas and glass sliding doors invites you to watch the breathtaking sunsets or relax while watching a movie in the evening.
All bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, and cable TV. Daily cleaning is included and laundry is available for our guests. There is also a caretaker living on-site to assist with any requests.
